Your Club will need to ensure they have enough keys for their Coaches and or Managers to open up your Dressing Rooms, Sports Medicine and Ground Controllers will no longer have keys to open rooms. The amount of theft from rooms in 2007 was too high and Clubs need to control Dressing room entrance.
The rooms, previously known as Games Office or Junior Referee’s Room, have now been taken over for Dressing Room flow over and the Referees will be operating out of the main Referees Room. These two rooms will be used for flow over only, they are not permanently or casually allocated. We are trying to allocate Dressing Room numbers (they will be numbered on the door) in the Draw, we will advise further on this before the Draw is released. The two flow over rooms should not have anything of left in there after you are changed as others WILL be using this room, hence get changed for the game, take your bags with you and come bag and shower and change after the game. If you leave your items in there during the game you will run the risk of damage or theft and no responsibility whatsoever is accepted by the Club nor the CA. If bags are left in there please advise the Duty Officer so they can organise for them to be placed outside the room.
There are some changes to Dressing Room allocations, the Room on Field 4 side of the Admin building and beside Burnett Heads United is now allocated permanently to Bargara, Gin Gin and the Bundaberg Spirit, this is a shared Room for these two Clubs ONLY and they will need to sort out times and protocols please. The Knights Dressing Room is now allocated permanently to Knights, Isis and the visiting Queensland State League Team ONLY, this is also a shared Dressing Room and they will need to sort out times and protocols as well please. Sharing is not ideal but we have no other choices at this stage, the long term fix is more dressing rooms but that is some way off yet. It is not possible for individual Teams to have rooms, there are some 170 Teams playing here on a weekend. In many instances we suggest to Clubs to have your Teams remove their gear with them to allow others of the same Club to utilise the room.
Please ensure that your Players are not getting changed in breezeways, outside or inside toilets and in general public areas. If this happens Clubs will be reprimanded for this, there are safety issues allowing young girls and boys getting changed in these very public areas.

All Rooms are clearly marked with signs.
Across the Waves: Only ATW Teams.
Alloway: Only Alloway Teams.
Bargara: Bargara & Gin Gin plus Bundaberg Spirit.
Bingera: Only Bingera Teams.
Brothers Aston Villa: Only BAV Teams.
Burnett Heads United: Only Burnett Heads United Players.
Diggers: Only Diggers Teams.
Gin Gin: Gin Gin & Bargara Teams only.
Isis: Isis & Knights Teams only.
Knights: Knights & Isis Teams plus the visiting State League team.
Moore Park: Only Moore Park Teams.
North Bundaberg: Only North Bundaberg Teams.
Flow Over Rooms: There are 2 for use by larger Clubs with lrge numbers of Teams at one time, clothing etc
may NOT be left in these rooms, they are simply to change in and then leave.
