New Team for 2009 Archem Premier League |
A new Team will be introduced into the 2009 Archem Premier League Competition, kicking off on the 7th march 2009. The new S.A.B (Spirit Academy Bundaberg) Team was given Board approval at a recent Board Meeting of Football Bundaberg's 11 Clubs. 10 Clubs voted for the proposal with 1 Club voting against it.
There has been a suggestion to have the name changed and FBi Executive and Development management will look atthat over the next few weeks. This gives the potential to take the Archem Premier League competition to a 8 team Competition, thus giving a higher crowd attendance and greater ability to grow the sport further.
