Bundaberg City Council assists FBI |
Many thanks to Bundaberg City Council for their recent $4,500 cheque towards the resurfacing of the AMbulance turnaround area. This was greatly appreciated.
Bundaberg City Council's CEO, Mr. Peter Byrne, has advised that the following extensive works will be undertaken by Council to assist Residents in the area surrounding Marten's Oval in respect of vehicle parking:
- In Black Street: Bitumen sealing on the northern and southern shoulders and the marking of 33 parking bays at an estimate of $35,000.
- In Horton Street: Bitumen sealing on the northern and southern shoulders and marking of 30 parking bays at an estimate of $52,000.
- In Ritchie Street: Linemarking of 7 bays and installation of timber barrier fencing, signage and removal of vehicle crossing at an estimate of $1,750
- Car Park at Rear of Norville Hall: Bitumen Sealing, linemarking, drainage and kerbing of this area.
A total of $115,000 has been put aside for this work. Many thanks to Bundaberg City Council for this work, they are excellent supporters of Football Bundaberg.
