Please note, the above Members are not the Standing Committee Members for the CA, and do not clash in the area where the Standing Committee Members Role covers, which is right across their specific area in the CA. A Chairperson would be appointed from the Members for this Committee.
Role of Player Development Committee (PDC)
The PDC is to make recomendations to the CA's Chairperson or President of the day in relation to the focus and path for Football in the Local CA, specifically in relation to develop and improvement of the game at a grass root level, basic level and Rep level. This Committee may make recomendations on improved Coaching, Player incentives, team incentives, fostering games among other Zones or Internationally and so on. it is also designed to assist in promoting the game to the General Public to assist in gaining more people to games and improving coverage for our Sponsors. The small number of Members is deliberate, thus allowing Committee Members to form focus groups to undertake specific tasks.
This Committee is also operates the CA Represenative Teams and makes recomendations back to the CA Chairperson.
